TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Cancellation Policy: 

   Cancelling a course in progress forfeits the right to claim any refund or transfer to another course. Course and Registration fees are non-refundable.

 

2. Attendance Policy: 

   Missed classes will be deducted from the package. Rescheduling or changing session times must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. For Group Classes, rescheduling or changing session times is permitted ONLY if the entire group agrees.

 

3. Punctuality and Tutor Absence: 

   If the tutor is late, absent, or in case of emergency, the missed time will be compensated accordingly, and it will not be deducted from the package.

 

4. Communication with Instructors: 

   Students are NOT allowed to exchange contact information with instructors, inform them of tardiness, or request rescheduling of classes. Scheduling of students is solely the responsibility of the Institute’s administrators ONLY. Failure to notify the administrator of class absence or rescheduling requests will result in the class being considered conducted as scheduled.

 

5. Payment Terms: 

   The package may be payable in two instalments, with the second instalment due no later than 7 days from the date of the first instalment. A late fee of 1% interest per day is applicable after the payment due date.

 

6. Refusal of Education: 

   If a student cancelled classes and/or is unable to fulfil the Contract due to their reasons, then the course fees that are already paid to the Institute, according to this Contract, shall NOT be subject to refund.

 

 

 

7. Certificate Issuance: 

   The KHDA certificate is issued ONLY upon completion of 24 hrs. per level, and the student must pass the level-exam successfully with a scoring of 70%. 

   The KHDA certificate charges are AED 250

 

8. Learning Materials: 

   Learning materials will be provided in both soft and hard copies upon request.

 

9. Late Arrival: 

   Extra time will not be added for late arrivals to class.

 

10. Promotional Vouchers: 

    Promotional vouchers are non-transferable, and ONLY one discount can be availed at a time.

 

11. Property Damage: 

    Any damage to the property will be compensated for.

 

12. Elevator Access: 

    Elevator cards will be provided upon request with a 200 AED deposit. In the event of an elevator card loss, the student will be charged 200 AED.

 

13. Package Freeze: 

    Freezing and unfreezing the package will be allowed according to the student’s package benefits.

 

14. Tutor Replacement and Lesson Rescheduling: 

    The Institute reserves the right to replace one tutor with another and/or reschedule lesson times if necessary. Students will be notified in advance of any changes.
